Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, approach customers proactively, and assist with queries using product knowledge and selling skills. Operate the computerized cash register, handling barcode scanners, credit cards, and various tender transactions including vouchers and stored value cards. Maintain a clean, safe environment by stocking shelves, arranging displays per brand standards, and conducting inventory checks. Recommend products to drive sales, manage promotions to meet targets, and resolve basic guest complaints on the spot.
Required Qualifications
- Higher secondary or equivalent
- Moderate verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of cash handling skills
- Good communication skills
- Medically able to work in all weather conditions
- Physical able to carry/lift items, climb ladder etc.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous retail experience
- Previous experience in handling guest complaints
- Any other language would be an advantage
- Previous cash handling skills
- Preferably Arabic, Russian or Mandarin speaker
