Job Summary
Grow Your Career in a retail setting as a Retail Associate (weekends only) delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding store standards. Responsibilities include handling sales transactions, processing merchandise, promoting credit and loyalty programs, maintaining cleanliness and organization, supporting cross-training across store areas, participating in store recovery, and adhering to labor laws and safety procedures. Must be able to multi-task, work with peers and supervisors, and adapt to changes in direction. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills are required, with ability to lift heavy objects and support a positive store culture. Location at Marshalls Store in Epping, NH with a starting hourly pay range of $14.00–$14.50, and a comprehensive benefits package per company policy.
