Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor by addressing product questions, demonstrating merchandise, and making compelling recommendations; manage cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges) and loyalty program connections; maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; contribute to store profitability by handling product flow and inventory movement; support Store Leadership in daily operations and uphold Columbia Sportswear’s values, with emphasis on in-store experiences and teamwork. Must be able to operate POS systems, handle a physically active environment, and be available for a flexible retail schedule. Age 16 or older. Part-time role (15 hours) in Málaga, Spain.
Required Qualifications
- No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred)
- 2 (or less) years of experience in a position or specialization
