Job Summary
Retail Associate delivers a top-notch fan shopping experience by greeting fans, making product recommendations, and processing sales transactions through the Fanatics POS. Maintain store floor and stockroom standards, collaborate cross-functionally to drive shared goals, and seek opportunities to improve processes and fan experiences. The role supports home-game shifts (pre-game, in-game, and post-game operations) and requires adaptability in a fast-paced, data- and AI-enabled environment while upholding Fanatics brand standards and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts, as well as lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
