Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while adhering to operational, loss prevention, and merchandising standards. Support store recovery, participate in shrink reduction goals, and uphold safety awareness throughout the day. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas. Requires excellent customer service skills, ability to lift heavy objects, and flexibility to work a schedule supporting business needs. Starting pay is $13.25 to $13.75 per hour.
