Retail Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, upholding customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store. Role may be cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store; practice honesty, integrity, and respect while contributing to a positive store culture. Accurately ring purchases/returns, count change, and promote credit and loyalty programs. Maintain merchandising standards and process merchandise for the floor. Support store safety, shrink reduction goals, and adherence to labor laws and company procedures. Ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and lift heavy objects as needed.
