Job Summary
Retail Associate at Story Cannabis serves as the store face, greeting customers, guiding product selections, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities include accurate data entry for purchase eligibility, completing all sales and SOP duties, handling cash/debit transactions with a balanced cash drawer, operating a POS system, stocking and organizing the store, conducting nightly inventory, and collaborating with team to meet compliance goals. Requires high school diploma or GED, 21+, US work authorization, valid ID, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background checks; cannabis knowledge is a bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required.
- Must be over 21 years of age.
- Can legally work in the United States - all documentation required.
- Must have a valid State-Issued ID or U.S. Passport
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have no scheduling restrictions.
- Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of all pre-employment background checks.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer services experience preferred
- Marijuana knowledge a bonus
- Must be over 21 years of age
