Job Summary
Conduct daily retail operations by guiding consumers to gear that elevates their performance and maintaining store standards through product knowledge and detail. Build connection with teammates and customers while modeling integrity, honesty, and reliability in every interaction. Serve consumers across store zones with optimism and hunger for the collective win in a high-traffic environment. Flexible scheduling includes day, evening, weekends, and holidays based on department needs. Physical requirements include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 (U.S.)
- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs
