Greet customers in a welcoming and professional manner while utilizing customer-focused interpersonal skills including smiling, making eye contact, and meeting them in aisles. Assist with merchandising, sales, and warehouse tasks, which may include delivery driving, while adhering to operating procedures and prioritizing customer needs. Cross-train in multiple areas to effectively perform a specialized role or expand skill sets under direct supervision.
