Job Summary
Conduct daily retail operations by guiding customers to gear that elevates their performance, maintaining product knowledge, and keeping the store sharp. Lead with service by obsessing over consumer needs, building connections, and showing up for teammates while creating a supportive space where everyone feels seen. Work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on department needs, meeting physical requirements to bend, squat, reach, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods. Maintain integrity in every interaction and communicate honestly while adhering to elevated standards.
