Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer service principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, process merchandise for the sales floor, and uphold merchandising standards. Participate in store recovery, shrink reduction goals, safety awareness, and multi-area cross-training as needed. Adhere to all operational, loss prevention, labor laws, and policies while supporting store culture through honesty and respect. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
