Job Summary
Guide customers through the Ultimate Fit Experience, provide accessory recommendations, and educate them on product benefits. Achieve and exceed daily productivity and sales goals while maintaining store signage, housekeeping standards, and a safe work environment. Generate industrial sales leads, uphold core values, and support daily retail store operations. Maintain proficiency in product knowledge and technical standards through continuous learning. Perform additional duties as required, including floor maintenance and display installation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years relevant experience
