Job Summary
Be the face of Goodwill in Southern California by providing excellent customer and donor service, operating cash registers, processing transactions, handling donations, sorting and pricing donated goods to meet company standards, and maintaining clean, safe, and organized work areas. Support daily store operations and contribute to sales and production goals with flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires basic English proficiency and some retail or customer service experience; use of point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills; thrive in a team environment aligned with Goodwill’s mission and RISE values.
