Job Summary
Retail Associate at Goodwill SoCal (PT) responsible for delivering friendly, professional customer and donor service; operating cash registers and processing transactions; sorting, pricing, and merchandising donated goods to standards; maintaining clean, safe stores; and supporting daily store operations with flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires basic English proficiency, customer-service experience, comfort with POS and basic computer systems, dependability, and a team-oriented mindset aligned with Goodwill’s mission and RISE values. Hourly pay is $17.87 with employee perks and equal opportunity employment terms.
Required Qualifications
