Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries regarding product features, benefits, and availability while engaging consumers to understand their needs. Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety by retrieving merchandise from the sales floor or stock room and performing all required cash register transactions efficiently. Contribute to store profitability by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing incoming and outgoing product flow accurately. Work in an active environment requiring the ability to constantly move about and frequently adjust items weighing up to 40 lbs. Maintain a flexible retail schedule that may change seasonally and in response to location-specific business trends.
