Job Summary
Retail Associate part-time role at Trouw Nutrition's Feeds’n Needs in Atlantic Canada. Responsibilities include customer service, stock replenishment, routine store upkeep, demonstrate and explain product usage and accessories, address customer questions, ensure merchandise is well-stocked and rotated, process inventory shipments, handle cash and card transactions, and manage returns or exchanges where permitted. Provides exemplary customer service, supports company culture, and maintains accurate inventory and store standards. Requirements include teamwork orientation, ability to work under pressure, computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook), English mandatory with French an asset, and interest in the agriculture industry.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail or farming background experience is an asset
- Enjoys working in a team environment and has a strong passion for the agriculture industry
- Ability to work under pressure and handle several complex tasks simultaneously
- Must possess computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Customer satisfaction oriented
- English is mandatory and being fluent in French would be an asset
