Job Summary
Greet customers with compassion and professionalism, guiding them through product selections and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Accurately enter customer information into database systems to verify eligibility, then complete all sales and job duties per company SOPs. Handle cash and debit transactions precisely while maintaining a balanced cash drawer, and operate the POS system and cash drawer. Clean, stock, and organize the retail store, conducting nightly inventory counts of all products. Work cohesively with a diverse team to meet compliance goals and special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent
- Must be over 21 years of age
- Can legally work in the United States - all documentation required
- Must have a valid State-Issued ID or U.S. Passport
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have no scheduling restrictions
- Must have the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking for extended periods
