Job Summary
Provide enthusiastic customer service while customers shop and purchase products, ensuring every customer has a wonderful experience. Deliver exceptional service by identifying individual needs and suggestively selling items. Understand and embody the company's Vision, Mission, and Values. Handle tasks requiring lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and standing or walking for 4-10 hours daily. Utilize strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills alongside basic math abilities to operate cash registers, computers, and calculators. Work in person across various store locations with flexible availability, including weekends or rotating schedules.
