Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases, process returns, and count change back to customers while adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed, support store recovery initiatives, and uphold merchandising philosophy throughout the day. Participate in safety awareness programs and shrink reduction goals while responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Availability on Saturday and Sunday is required for this 15-25 hour part-time role.
Required Qualifications

- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
