Retail Associate - Part Time

Retail Associate - Part Time position responsible for receiving and processing donated goods, operating cash registers, maintaining the sales floor, sorting donations by category, and stocking merchandise. Duties include textiles and hardlines processing, following sorting and pricing guidelines, operating powered material handling equipment as needed, and maintaining overall store appearance. Requires ability to operate cash register, recognize items, follow rotation schedules, and assist customers. Education: high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: minimum one year in retail operations preferred. Work environment is inside generally 100%, with occasional outside work; includes weekends and holidays; physical tasks include lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent exertion; may require on-call availability for emergencies.
