Job Summary
Complete intake forms, confirm patient purchase limits, and enter data into company databases for future reference. Provide exceptional customer care by responding to inquiries regarding product, training, and general information while fulfilling orders and promoting all products. Maintain and update patient records using state and company databases to ensure correct medicinal products are provided. Work part-time including weekends, standing or sitting for extended periods, and lift up to 10 pounds. Requires a MED badge and 1-3 years of retail experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a retail operation
- experience with point of sales systems
- use of Microsoft office programs
- Must be passionate about handling all aspects of a retail operation

- Excellent and effective consulting skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including listening
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to detail and able to consistently follow up instructions as outlined
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- MED badge reqired
