Job Summary
Represent Palm Beach Tan as a friendly Retail Associate, providing professional, upbeat customer service while educating customers on premium skincare, tanning, and wellness services. Drive sales by meeting and tracking daily, weekly, and monthly goals, and maintain a clean, welcoming salon environment. Participate in daily business tasks and operational responsibilities; position offers flexible, part-time scheduling (15-30 hours/week) including nights and weekends for 18+-year-olds. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to work 15-30 hours per week with flexible availability including nights and weekends
- Customer Service experience preferred; retail or sales experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent communication skills and attention to detail
