Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while adhering to operational and loss prevention standards. Participate in store recovery, support shrink reduction goals, and uphold merchandising procedures across multiple store areas. Maintain a safe environment and provide constructive feedback to peers. Work a flexible schedule supporting business needs, with a starting pay range of $15.92 to $16.42 per hour.
