Job Summary
Seasonal Retail Associate at Montauk Lodge responsible for greeting customers within 30 seconds, building product knowledge to assist purchasing decisions, guiding customers to items of interest, answering park-related inquiries using approved interpretive information, processing payments via POS, restocking displays, achieving sales goals, assisting with opening/closing procedures, and performing daily cleaning and maintenance. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask, reliability, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs; education of a high school diploma or equivalent and at least basic math proficiency are expected, with retail and POS experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Demonstrated ability to handle general math
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience with POS systems preferred
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
