Job Summary
Retail Associate at Margaritaville and Landshark responsible for generating revenue through product knowledge, suggestive selling, and handling guest transactions in-store; duties include greeting guests, operating POS, cash handling with accuracy, stocking and pricing merchandise, achieving sales goals, maintaining sales-floor appearance, performing opening/closing duties, and supporting loss prevention. Requires strong guest service skills, ability to process sales and returns, familiarity with inventory and pricing controls, and maintaining product knowledge to provide an engaging guest experience. Location-based at 500 Duval Street (Key West, FL). Rate of pay: $16-$18 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- One year experience in guest service or working in some aspect of the retail industry preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
