Job Summary
Lead the retail team and drive overall store productivity by meeting sales goals, maintaining operations, and ensuring all audits pass. Recruit, train, and develop associates while supporting the Retail Store Manager in all business aspects. Conduct personalized performance conversations to help employees exceed monthly success measurements and celebrate team achievements. Maintain sound operations and manage customer experiences while standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs. Requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Spanish bilingualism is preferred.
Required Qualifications

- 1+ years in retail leadership
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills

- A high school diploma or equivalent
- You are at least 18

- Must be able to stand for extended periods while assisting customers
- Required to lift (up to 25 lbs) and move boxes of merchandise, fixtures, or other items
- Tasks like stocking, assisting customers, or retrieving items from lower shelves require bending, kneeling, and reaching
