Job Summary
Lead by example as the expert resource for your team, driving overall store productivity through sales goals, operations, and customer experience. Recruit, train, and develop staff while ensuring employees meet monthly success measurements through personalized performance conversations. Support the Retail Store Manager in all business aspects, maintain sound operations to pass audits, and celebrate team achievements. Meet or exceed personal and store sales targets. Requires 1+ years in retail leadership, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to stand, lift up to 25 lbs, and bend/kneel. Based in North Hollywood, CA, with a competitive base pay of $20.42/hour plus uncapped commissions.
Required Qualifications
- Impactful leadership with a people-first mindset
- 1+ years in retail leadership
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- You are at least 18
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Can pass a background check
- Must be able receive identity verification with CLEAR before being hired
- Must be able to stand for extended periods while assisting customers
- Required to lift (up to 25 lbs) and move boxes of merchandise, fixtures, or other items
- Tasks like stocking, assisting customers, or retrieving items from lower shelves require bending, kneeling, and reaching
