Job Summary
Lead by example as the expert resource for your team, driving overall store productivity through sales goals, operations, and customer experience. Recruit, train, and develop staff while ensuring employees meet monthly success measurements. Maintain sound operations to pass all audits and support the Retail Store Manager in all business aspects. Celebrate team achievements and invest in personalized performance plans. Meet or exceed personal and store sales targets. Requires 1+ years in retail leadership, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and ability to stand, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform bending/kneeling tasks. Base pay is $19.81/hour plus uncapped commissions.
Required Qualifications

- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- You are at least 18
