Job Summary
Lead by example as the expert resource for your team, driving overall store productivity through sales goals, operations, and customer experience. Recruit, train, and develop staff while ensuring employees meet monthly success measurements. Maintain sound operations to pass all audits, celebrate team achievements, and support the Retail Store Manager in all business aspects. Meet or exceed personal and store sales targets.
