Job Summary
Lead by example as the expert resource for your team, driving overall store productivity through sales goals, operations, and customer experience. Recruit, train, and develop staff while ensuring employees meet monthly success measurements and maintaining sound operations that pass all audits. Support the Retail Store Manager in all business aspects, celebrate team achievements, and personally invest in your team through performance conversations. Meet or exceed personal and store sales targets while maintaining flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role offers a competitive base pay of $20.42/hour plus uncapped commissions, 401k matching, and comprehensive benefits including medical, vision, dental, and pet insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Impactful leadership with a people-first mindset
- 1+ years in retail leadership
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- You are at least 18

- Must be able to stand for extended periods while assisting customers
- Required to lift (up to 25 lbs) and move boxes of merchandise, fixtures, or other items
