Job Summary
Lead the retail team by supporting the store manager, driving sales goals, and ensuring operations pass all audits. Recruit, train, and develop staff while conducting personalized performance conversations to help employees meet monthly success measurements. Maintain sound store productivity through customer experience management and celebrate team achievements. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Spanish bilingualism is preferred. Verge Mobile offers competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions, 401k with match, and daily pay access.
Required Qualifications
- Impactful leadership with a people-first mindset
- 1+ years in retail leadership
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- You are at least 18
- authorized to work in the U.S.

- Must be able to stand for extended periods while assisting customers
- Required to lift (up to 25 lbs) and move boxes of merchandise, fixtures, or other items
- Tasks like stocking, assisting customers, or retrieving items from lower shelves require bending, kneeling, and reaching
