Job Summary
Lead by example as the expert resource for your team, supporting the Retail Store Manager in driving overall store productivity, sales goals, and customer experience. Recruit, train, and develop your staff while maintaining sound operations to pass all audits. Meet or exceed personal and store sales targets, ensure employees meet monthly success measurements, and invest in the team through personalized performance conversations. Celebrate team achievements and handle physical demands including extended standing, lifting up to 25 lbs, and stocking merchandise. Required Qualifications
- Impactful leadership with a people-first mindset
- 1+ years in retail leadership
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- You are at least 18
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Can pass a background check
- Must be able receive identity verification with CLEAR before being hired
- Must be able to stand for extended periods while assisting customers
- Required to lift (up to 25 lbs) and move boxes of merchandise, fixtures, or other items
- Tasks like stocking, assisting customers, or retrieving items from lower shelves require bending, kneeling, and reaching
