Job Summary
Lead by example as the expert resource for your team, supporting the Retail Store Manager in driving overall store productivity, sales goals, and customer experience. Recruit, train, and develop staff while maintaining sound operations to pass all audits. Ensure employees meet monthly success measurements through personalized performance conversations and plans. Celebrate team achievements and help redefine wireless retail leadership. Required Qualifications
