Job Summary
Lead and develop a retail team to meet sales targets and deliver customer service excellence; coach staff on product knowledge, customer interaction, and store procedures; manage store operations including visual merchandising and plan-o-gram compliance; monitor expenses and discounts to support financial objectives while ensuring timely customer service and maintaining store standards. Stay current on products, services, and leadership practices to serve as an expert resource for the team. Other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred)
