Job Summary
Retail Associate Manager at T-Mobile partners with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team to deliver strong customer experiences and Mobile Expert performance. Responsibilities include orienting and coaching Mobile Experts to a standard of Loving Our Customers, ensuring customer needs are met, managing customer wait times, staying current on products, services and promotions, and conducting observations and feedback for development and training. Leaders also ensure store environment quality, adherence to plan-o-grams, effective use of displays and devices, and execution of Retail Methods & Procedures. They must ensure team knowledge of store systems, communicate corporate and store updates, and drive financial results by monitoring KPIs and controlling store expenses, including discounting and credits. Education required: High School Diploma or GED. Experience: 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience (retail environment preferred). Travel: No travel indicated. The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and store-operations competencies and is based in Morgantown, West Virginia.
