Job Summary
Conduct daily retail operations and assist the Store Manager with coaching, while delivering best-in-class customer experiences through hands-on technology demonstrations and personalized sales solutions. Guide customers through their purchasing journey by exploring individual needs, recommending device and service plans, and resolving issues across channels to ensure a seamless environment. Partner with employees to collectively own the customer experience, successfully identify small business leads, and build deep relationships that drive loyalty. Complete training on digital tools, systems, and troubleshooting processes to enhance interactions and onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (40 hours)
- Prior wireless sales experience
