Retail Associate - Inventory

Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. Travel to various retail locations to complete tasks, standing and walking for extended periods with occasional ladder climbing. Meet productivity goals to increase hourly earnings through a performance-based pay program, with opportunities for additional compensation up to $5.00 per hour based on accuracy. This role requires reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds in a fast-paced environment. No inventory experience is necessary, as WIS International provides all training. Candidates may eventually transition to paid driver or pharmacy counter roles with certification.
