Job Summary
Count and record inventory with precision while following a clear, consistent workflow. Move between inventory locations, often standing or walking for extended periods, and meet daily performance goals to unlock productivity-based wage increases. Lift and carry items up to 25 lbs, using ladders and performing repetitive motions as needed. This role offers a starting wage of $18.00–$20.00 with potential for up to $5.00 in the first six months, part-time flexible hours, and benefits including health, vision, dental, 401k, and paid travel. No degree or prior inventory experience is required; training is provided for those returning to the workforce or seeking career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
- Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
- Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to frequently use a ladder
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays
