Job Summary
Count and record inventory with precision while following a clear, consistent workflow across multiple locations. Move between inventory sites, often standing or walking for extended periods, maintaining focus and attention to detail. Meet daily performance goals to qualify for productivity-based wage increases up to $2.00 in the first six months. This role requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, squat, kneel, or use a ladder, and lift items up to 25 lbs. You must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation and a positive, team-oriented attitude. No degree or prior inventory experience is needed; training is provided for those returning to the workforce or seeking career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
- Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
- Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to frequently use a ladder
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays
