Job Summary
Achieve established average per hour (APH) inventory counting goals while ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Communicate information clearly and accurately to foster cooperation, then create partnerships based on demonstrated expertise. Take initiative to suggest new approaches that impact job performance and organizational effectiveness. Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment while standing, walking, bending, and lifting items up to 25 pounds. Requires ability to climb ladders, squat, and kneel frequently. Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within the first six months based on productivity and accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to work varied, traditional and non-traditional hours, including flexible schedules
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
- Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to frequently use a ladder
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays
