Job Summary
Count and record inventory with precision while following a clear, consistent workflow. Move between inventory locations, often standing or walking for extended periods, and meet daily performance goals to earn productivity-based wage increases. Lift and carry items up to 25 lbs, squat, kneel, or use ladders as needed, and operate handheld scanners or count tools. Requires reliable attendance, strong focus, and the ability to stand for prolonged periods. No inventory experience needed; training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
- Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
- Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to frequently use a ladder
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays
Desired Qualifications
