Job Summary
Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. Travel to various retail locations to complete counts and meet productivity goals that increase hourly earnings through a performance-based pay program. This active role requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting items up to 25 pounds in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have reliable transportation and a strong work ethic, with backgrounds in retail, stocking, or general labor valued. No inventory experience is needed as WIS provides all training. Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within six months based on accuracy and productivity.
