Job Summary
Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners while maintaining high accuracy and meeting productivity goals to earn performance-based pay increases. Travel to various retail locations to complete counts, standing and walking for extended periods while bending, kneeling, and lifting items up to 25 pounds. Demonstrate core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork in a fast-paced environment. No inventory experience required; training provided. Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within six months based on accuracy, with additional opportunities to become a paid driver or pharmacy counter.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
- Climbing ladders when needed
- Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment
