Job Summary
Count and record inventory with precision while following a clear, consistent workflow. Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods, and frequently use a ladder or squat to reach items. Meet daily performance goals to qualify for productivity-based wage increases up to $5.00. This role requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and travel via car or plane, including occasional overnight stays. No inventory experience is needed; training is provided for those with a focus on accuracy and discipline.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
- Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
- Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to frequently use a ladder
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays
