Job Summary
Count and record inventory with precision while following a clear, consistent workflow. Move between inventory locations, often standing or walking for extended periods, and maintain focus on daily performance goals. Use handheld scanners or count tools as needed, squatting or kneeling to reach low-level items and climbing ladders when required. Lift and carry items up to 25 lbs frequently. This role offers a productivity-based wage increase up to $5.00 over six months, with opportunities for promotion to paid driver or pharmacy counter positions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
- Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
- Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to frequently use a ladder
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays
