Job Summary
Count and record inventory with precision while following a clear, consistent workflow. Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods, and frequently use ladders or squat to reach low-level items. Lift and carry items up to 25 lbs. Meet daily performance goals to qualify for productivity-based wage increases up to $5.00. Requires ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts, including occasional travel via car or plane for overnight stays. Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
- Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
- Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to frequently use a ladder
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays
