Job Summary
Count and record inventory with precision using handheld scanners or count tools while moving between locations, often standing, walking, or squatting for extended periods. Follow a clear, consistent workflow to meet daily performance goals and maintain accuracy. Lift and carry items up to 25 lbs and frequently use a ladder during shifts. This role offers a starting wage of $18.00-$20.00 with productivity-based increases up to $5.00. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have reliable transportation, and possess a positive, team-oriented attitude. No degree or prior inventory experience is required; training is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
- Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
- Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to frequently use a ladder
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays
