Job Summary
Count and record inventory with precision while following a clear, consistent workflow. Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods, and frequently use a ladder to access low-level items. Lift and carry items up to 25 lbs and use handheld scanners or count tools with strong focus and attention to detail. Meet daily performance goals to earn productivity-based wage increases. This role requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, squat, kneel, or crouch, and travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays. No degree or prior inventory experience is needed; we provide paid training for those returning to the workforce or seeking career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
- Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
- Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to frequently use a ladder
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays
