Job Summary
Count and record inventory with precision using handheld scanners or count tools while moving between locations, often standing or walking for extended periods. Follow a clear, consistent workflow to meet daily performance goals, maintaining accuracy and consistency throughout the shift. Lift and carry items up to 25 lbs, squat, kneel, or crouch as needed, and travel via car or occasionally by plane for overnight stays. This role offers a productivity-based wage increase up to $5.00 within six months, with opportunities for promotion to paid driver or pharmacy counter positions. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
- Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
- Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to frequently use a ladder
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays
