Job Summary
Count and record inventory with precision, following a clear, consistent workflow while moving between locations on your feet. Meet daily performance goals to unlock productivity-based wage increases up to $5.00 within six months. This position requires standing for prolonged periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and using handheld scanners. You must be at least 18 years old and able to travel via car or plane, including occasional overnight stays. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
- Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools
- Strong focus and attention to detail

- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
- Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to frequently use a ladder

- Ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays
